Our policy lasts 14 days (according to EU legislation). If  14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Bandanas, keyrings, patches, water bladders.
– Stock (refurbished/used/defective) products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The receipt or shipping document must be included in your package.
Also in case of a return, you must provide a picture of the sealed package before you ship it to us.


Most of our products are covered by a 24-month warranty or the manufacturer's warranty. Zippers’ failure is not included in this warranty (except for the first 14-day period). 

Products excluded from the warranty: Bandanas, keyrings, patches, and water bladders, underwear, ropes, laces.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

– In case you are located outside of Greece
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

The shipping cost is not included in the refundable amount.

If a part of the order is refunded, the refund policy is normally valid. The shipping costs in the case of non-defective products will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Stock items (refurbished/deflected products)
Only regular-priced and brand-new items may be refunded, unfortunately, stock items cannot be refunded. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can’t refund you for this product.
In case of a return, Spartan-Store has the right to ask also the gift to be returned together with the product you ordered. 

Shipping Back Orders/Products (Non defective products)
To return your product, you should send your product to Eptanisou 8, Agia Varvara, Ground Floor,12351 Athens, Greece.

There is a return fee of:
 5€ for returns in Greece.

Returns from other countries are not acceptable.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 40€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 Returns of unwanted/Not Claimed Orders shipped by COD method.

Returns of orders registered with the payment method "Cash on Delivery" (COD) and not received/claimed or there is a refusal of receipt (resulting in the return of the order) will NOT be re-send with the same shipping and billing method (Cash on Delivery).

If the customer wishes us to resend his order, the shipment will be made exclusively by prepayment (via card or PayPal) and using the BOX NOW service.
